Loomis Native Run Wading Jacket
This top-of-the-range jacket with its three-layer construction is lightweight, breathable, windproof and waterproof. It drops just past the waistline so is ideal to wear over the top of chest waders and ‘bib and brace’ style overtrousers. The jacket is a fairly roomy fit and the fabric has a good degree of stretch for extra comfort. It moves smoothly over any base and mid layers, always a good feature for ease of casting. The collar design has been very well thought out, being large and spacious with a detachable micro fleece liner, which feels really warm when zipped up around the neck. The hood is a good fit and fully adjustable although it could do with a wired peak. It packs away neatly into the collar when not needed. Storage options include two cargo chest pockets, a tippet dispensing pocket, a large back pocket, two internal pockets (one of which is intended for your mobile phone), and two fleece-lined handwarmer pockets. Zips used throughout are waterproof and the neoprene cuffs are adjustable for a snug fit.
